Missing the following D/L schedule will result in a $35 late fee the following Mon-Wed. If you do not come in by Wednesday, then a $25 shop fee will be added. If you wait until the unit goes into a total lockout, the shop fee will be $50.

Emergencies only consist of your vehicle not starting, and the unit not working.
